Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Furrventure! We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, shipping methods, costs, and more.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 10 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification email, including tracking information, once your order has shipped.

  • Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods. We will do our best to notify you of any significant delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We offer a flat shipping rate of $5.00 for all orders within the United States.

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders totaling $45 or more (before taxes and after discounts) within the United States.

Here are our available shipping options and estimated delivery times after your order has been processed and shipped:

Standard Shipping:

Carrier(s): USPS First Class/Ground Advantage, UPS Ground, FedEx Ground

Estimated Delivery Time: 1 to 16 business days

Cost: Flat rate of $5 / Free over $45

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, high volume periods, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic: We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Orders)

  • Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), and customs processing fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your destination country.

  • Furrventure is not responsible for these charges. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information.

  • We are required by law to declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all international packages.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

  • Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active and updated in the carrier's system.

  • You can track your order using the link provided in the email or directly on the carrier's website [Link to USPS Tracking], [Link to UPS Tracking], [Link to FedEx Tracking], etc.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

  • Please ensure you provide the correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any additional costs to reship the order. We will contact you to arrange reshipment or discuss refund options (less shipping costs).

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at furrventureliving@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will assess the situation and work with you to find a satisfactory solution, which may include a replacement or refund. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they may be needed for a carrier claim.

  • Lost Packages: If you haven't received your order within 16 business days for domestic or 4 weeks for international after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at furrventureliving@gmail.com with your name and order number. We will investigate the issue with the carrier. Please note that carrier investigations can take time. We will do our best to resolve the situation promptly.
